My Therapy Style
Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected from their authentic selves, exhausted by masking, and unsure how to feel safe—in their own bodies, in relationships, or in community. If this is you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this process without support.
My approach is grounded in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), modalities that honor the wisdom of the body and the many internal parts that have worked hard to keep you safe. Together, we gently untangle old stories, release trauma held in the nervous system, and create space for self-trust, self-compassion, and genuine, sustainable healing.
My heart is to help those who seek healing from complex trauma rooted in broken family systems, religious environments, and social expectations. Most of these folks are late discovered neurodivergent adults who were led to believe that they were "wrong" because they could not seem to make life "work".
I understand the unique grief, relief, confusion, and clarity that can come with a late discovery. I offer a space where your sensory needs, communication style, processing pace, and lived experience are centered—not pathologized. My goal is to help you build safety from the inside out, reconnect with the parts of you that have been silenced, and reclaim the freedom to live authentically in your body and your community.
If you’re seeking a place to unmask, heal deeply, and return home to yourself, I’m here to walk with you.
